1 Oxford Street is a 5-storey commercial building located on Castle Square in the heart of Swansea City Centre.

The building currently hosts retail on the ground floor and, due to its prime location attracting significant footfall, is home to two of the city’s most bustling eateries: Mcdonald’s Restaurant and Taco Bell.

1 Oxford Street assumes an excellent city location situated immediately adjacent to the City’s new Central Library and Community Hub and within easy reach of all major city centre amenities, including a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Swansea’s main Bus Station is located just a 5-minute walk away, with the city’s Central Train Station just 10 minutes away, ensuring that the building benefits from fantastic transport links.
