The ten-floor, 47,000 sq ft office building is currently home to a number of business in the centre of Swansea City and has just been acquired by local investment firm, Kartay Holdings.

Dominic Garner, of Glanmor Chartered Surveyors, advised Kartay stating:

“The sale of Princess House is the latest sign of the growing confidence in Swansea city centre, where large scale regeneration is taking shape.

“The building comprises an excellent position in the city centre with affordable rents for both new and established business. We have been delighted to act on behalf of the seller on this sale and on several recent lettings, following a long-term strategy to refurbish existing accommodation to provide quality office space.”

Ian Morgan, managing director of Kartay Holdings, added:

“We are delighted to acquire this landmark building, that is strategically placed for our growing investment portfolio at Kartay. This will be the first of several large acquisitions by us in the city, where we are seeing an exciting opportunity brought about due to the £1bn Copr Bay regeneration led by the City and County of Swansea.”
