Rhodfa Fadog: A New Hub for the Community

Completed in November 2022, the Rhodfa Fadog development, a joint venture between Coastal Housing Group and Kartay Ltd, has transformed the local landscape. The project, delivered by Morganstone Ltd, involved the demolition of an outdated supermarket to make way for a vibrant new community hub.

The development comprises 29 new homes, including 22 flats and 7 houses for Coastal Housing Group, as well as two new commercial units which Kartay have added to our portfolio. These units have been filled by popular local businesses: Greggs and a Co-operative shop. This strategic decision to attract well-known retailers has enhanced the convenience and appeal of the area for both residents and visitors.

The mixed-use nature of the development, blending residential and commercial spaces, has created a dynamic and sustainable community.
