Ian is an experienced Director and Senior Manager, With a extensive knowledge of the residential construction and property development industry. Since setting up the company, Ian has been the strong hand at the helm ensuring the continued growth and prosperity of the company, Utilising his vast knowledge of the construction industry including expertise in planning, development appraisal, commercial, construction and sales, Ian is able to have insight into each development and its requirements from the ground up.

Passionate about the local communities our developments share with residents, Ian is keen to ensure that we have a positive impact, through partnering with schools, supporting local initiatives and engaging with charitable endeavours, we are proudly ensuring that we positively impact the local area that we are rejuvenating with our developments in conjunction with our clients.
